This service is easily available for people who live in remote areas or people who have chronic diseases and need long-term care. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of telemedicine technologies. To provide medical services, telemedicine has become an effective method in health care and education in health fields. It has various implementations in different countries in the form of surgery, nursing, genetic counseling, pharmaceutical care, home care, rehabilitation, psychology, Cardiology, radiology, dentistry, pathology and dermatology, remote ophthalmology, and audiometry all used to treat injuries. In this article, some telemedicine implementations in various fields have been introduced in recent years and their effectiveness in preventing deaths, treating diseases, and reducing costs have been investigated. The use of telemedicine can be a practical solution in the field of diagnosis and treatment of various diseases to overcome time and space limitations.
